K3’s new IEYC unit, ‘Blast Off’ took off with a mesmerizing start as our students explored the night skies with an activity titled ‘Our Meteor Shower Camp’. This activity aimed to stimulate, inspire and engage students on the unit theme, and provide information about shooting stars. To enhance the experience, our mini stargazers brought with them torchlight, sleeping bags, and binoculars so they could enjoy their exploration to the fullest. The day then continued with a sharing session among students on their knowledge about the meteor, their experience with the virtual meteor watch, investigation of meteor facts as well as meteor painting using color spray and aluminum foil.
