Seri Mulia Sarjana School and Beyond Tomorrow Sdn Bhd signed a Memorandum of Understanding last 14th September 2020. This new collaboration ensures that students will have access to the Young Professionals Programme, which is based on the Subject Expert Certifications (SME) that will nurture students to be fundamentally equipped in cellular technologies. This partnership was established with the goal of producing future skilled workers in the field of telecommunication and broadcasting technologies. This is in line with Brunei’s Wawasan 2035 vision.
The ceremony began with a speech from Cikgu Gazala binti Abdullah, the Principal of Seri Mulia Sarjana School, Secondary Section followed by a series of presentations by Ts. Tee Kok Keong, the founder and CEO of Beyond tomorrow alongside with Reuben Chiew, Technical Director. Moreover, the audience composed of students, parents and teachers, participated in an online interactive game: Kahoot. Exciting prizes were presented to the top three scorers of the game.
The highlight of the event was the signing of the MoU spearheaded by Cikgu Gazala binti Abdullah, Principal; Simon Wong, Deputy Principal of Administration of Seri Mulia Sarjana School Secondary Section; Ts. Tee Kok Keong, CEO and founder of Beyond Tomorrow and Reuben Chiew, Technical Director.
In attendance were Dayang Marina Chek Binti Bujang, Acting Director General of Education, Ministry of Education, Joey Heng, Head of Innovation, Imagine SDN BHD and Haji Hadi Iskandar bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohammad, Manager of AITI Capacity Outreach.
